Yes. We participate in most major insurance plans, including Medicare. We file claims on your behalf for covered services. The membership fee is separate and covers the enhanced access and services that insurance does not reimburse. Many members use HSA or FSA funds for their membership fee — check with your plan administrator.

We maintain relationships with a wide network of specialists in the DFW area and beyond. When you need a referral, we do the homework to find the right specialist, assist with scheduling, and coordinate your care. We review every specialist's recommendations and ensure nothing gets lost in the handoff.

Yes. When our members are admitted to one of the hospitals where we practice, we manage your care directly. We see you every day and coordinate with any specialists involved. For hospitals where we don't have privileges, we work directly with the local medical team to ensure you receive the best possible care.

You will have your physician's direct contact information. In a life-threatening situation, call 911 first, then call us. For urgent concerns that can wait a few hours, call or text — we're on call 24/7 and will respond promptly.

Absolutely. We encourage it. Come meet Dr. Martin, tour the office, and see if the practice is the right fit for you. There's no obligation and no pressure. If you're outside the Austin area, we can arrange a virtual meeting or travel to you for the initial conversation.
